Ways to Help

  1. Make a blanket out of soft, washable fabric or soft acrylic yarn. It can be crocheted, knitted, quilted or sewn. Any method is acceptable. NOTE: Please no holiday or religious motifs.
    Here are some approximate sizes (these are guidelines only, not absolutes):

    Preemie baby blanket20" by 25" to 30" Newborn baby25" by 30" to 35"
    Toddler 35" by 40" to 45" Child40" by 60"
    Teen 50" by 72"   
  2. Donate materials such as yarn, batting, or fabric. Or donate gift cards to fabric and craft stores.
  3. Donate office supplies such as stamps, paper, or printer ink cartridges (HP94 or 95).
  4. Volunteer time to write thank you notes, sew on labels, make quilts, or help with the newsletter.
  5. Checks should be made to "Project Linus". Checks may be sent to the Project Linus National Headquarters or given to the local coordinator at any Blanket Bee.

    Project Linus is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Generally, donations will be tax deductible. However, donors are encouraged to consult with their tax professionals to determine tax deductibility.
